Whitewater Boating School:If you enjoy being on the water and would like to feel more comfortable and confident in your boating abilities then this is the course for you. Our boating school is a three day course that will teach you the basics of reading water, rowing and paddle boating techniques, river trip preperation, river saftey, basic rescue techniques and much more. The couse is based around practical on the water training with no more than four students to an instructor.

No worries, One of Rogue Rafting Companies instructors can spend one on one time with you in one of our boats or your boat and teach you the skills necessary to enjoy the river safely and efficently.

River Guide School:Objectives:
1. To gain an introduction to raft guiding on class III-V whitewater, with a focus on paddle raft guiding, multi-day river trip logistics, and oar-rig raft guiding. 2. To begin developing solid judgment in the whitewater river environment. 3. To achieve a positive and rewarding introduction and immersion into the world of whitewater raft guiding and the community we live, work, and play in. Optional: to complete a Whitewater Rescue Technician certification through Rescue 3 International More info to come. |
